1) Al-Azhar University Hospital Awareness Campaign on the Risks of Antibiotic Resistance
Date: 20–25 September 2025
The Faculty of Pharmacy at Future University in Egypt, through the One Health Club and in collaboration with the Egyptian Drug Authority and the World Health Organization, organized an awareness campaign at Al-Azhar University Hospital to promote awareness of antibiotic resistance and encourage the safe and rational use of antibiotics. The campaign also supported students’ practical and communication skills in patient education and community service.
2) Ahl Masr Hospital Burn Center Awareness Campaign on Patient Safety and Infection Control
Date: 30 September 2025
An awareness campaign on patient safety and infection control was organized through collaboration between the Faculty of Pharmacy, Future University in Egypt and Ahl Masr Hospital Burn Center, in cooperation with the One Health Club. The campaign aimed to raise community awareness about infection prevention measures and patient safety practices, while also enhancing pharmacy students’ communication skills and practical understanding of hospital protocols and antibiotic stewardship programs.
3) Pink October Breast Cancer Awareness Campaign
Date: 22 October 2025
As part of the Pink October activities, a breast cancer awareness campaign was held to highlight the importance of early detection and promote women’s health awareness. The event also focused on the role of nutrition and breastfeeding in maintaining health across different life stages, while enhancing pharmacy students’ communication and community outreach skills through interactive educational activities.
4) Faculty of Oral and Dental Medicine Awareness Campaign on Antibiotic Resistance
Date: 20 November 2025
Faculty of Pharmacy students, through the One Health Club, organized an awareness campaign titled “Antibiotics: Use Them Wisely… Protect Your Future” in collaboration with Egyptian Drug Authority, World Health Organization, and REACT-AFRICA. The campaign targeted students of the Faculty of Oral and Dental Medicine and aimed to raise awareness about antimicrobial resistance (AMR) and promote the rational use of antibiotics. It also provided pharmacy students with practical experience in health education and the application of professional guidelines in healthcare settings.
5) Community Service and Environmental Development Festival Awareness Campaigns
Date: 1 December 2025
As part of the Community Service and Environmental Development Festival, the Faculty of Pharmacy participated in several awareness campaigns aimed at promoting health education and community engagement, including:
- Awareness campaign on respiratory diseases and prevention methods
- Awareness campaign introducing the Future Factory for Industrial Training (FFIT)
- Breast cancer awareness campaign in collaboration with Baheya Foundation
- Blood donation awareness campaign organized by Future University graduates
- Drug abuse awareness campaign organized by the One Health Club
- Multiple sclerosis awareness campaign organized by the One Health Club
- Personal hygiene awareness campaign and its role in disease prevention, organized by the One Health Club
